Welcome to Tibhra. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tibhra mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Tibhra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • Platform – The Tibhra mobile app, website, and services
  • User – Any person using Tibhra
  • Customer – A user requesting services
  • Service Provider – A user offering services
  • Service Request – A request created by a customer
  • Service Session – An accepted and active service engagement

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Tibhra, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.


3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining account security
  • One user may act as both Customer and Service Provider using different modes
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited

4. Customer Mode Usage

Customer Mode is completely free to use. Customers can:

  • Send unlimited service requests and broadcast requests
  • Message or call service providers freely
  • Track service status and history
  • Rate and review providers after service completion

No subscription or payment obligation applies while using Customer Mode.


5. Provider Mode Usage

Service Providers are subject to additional requirements and controls:

  • Profile verification may be required
  • Subscriptions may be required to access certain features
  • Providers must update service status accurately
  • Failure to complete service sessions may result in restrictions

Subscription rules apply only in Provider Mode.


6. Service Requests & Broadcasts

  • Customers may broadcast service requests to nearby providers
  • Providers may accept or decline requests
  • Once accepted, a service session is created
  • Only one provider can be connected per service request

7. Service Completion & OTP Verification

To complete a service session:

  • A 4-digit verification code is generated for the customer
  • The provider must enter the correct code to mark the service as completed
  • Only completed services are eligible for reviews and ratings

Failure to complete service sessions on time may result in temporary suspension or reduced visibility for providers.


8. Reviews & Ratings

  • Customers can review providers only for completed services
  • Reviews must be honest and respectful
  • Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed

Tibhra reserves the right to moderate reviews to maintain platform integrity.


9. Payments, Wallet & Refunds

  • Payments are processed through supported payment gateways
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable
  • Refunds are subject to platform refund policies
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Engage in fraud or misuse the platform
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Bypass platform security or payment systems
  • Use Tibhra for unlawful purposes

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Tibhra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
  • Repeated failure to complete services occurs

Termination may result in loss of access to platform features and data.


12. Platform Role & Liability

Tibhra acts as a technology platform connecting customers and service providers. We do not directly provide services and are not responsible for service quality, pricing disputes, or on-site outcomes.

Users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tibhra shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from user interactions
  • Service delays or failures beyond our control

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use of Tibhra means acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Tibhra operates.
