This Refund Policy applies only to Service Providers who purchase subscription plans on the Tibhra platform. Customers using the platform in Customer Mode are not subject to subscription fees and are not covered under this policy.
1. Scope of This Refund Policy
This policy governs refunds related to:
- Service Provider subscription plans
- Paid feature access enabled through subscriptions
This policy does not apply to:
- Customer Mode usage
- Service charges agreed between customers and providers
- Wallet balances, promotions, or bonus credits
2. Subscription Payments
- All subscription fees are charged in advance
- Subscriptions grant access to platform features based on the selected plan
- Activation of a subscription is considered immediate usage
Once activated, subscription benefits are made available instantly to the Service Provider.
3. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a system or payment gateway error
- Subscription activated but core features were unavailable due to a verified platform issue
- Incorrect plan charged due to a technical malfunction
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Tibhra.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscription purchase
- Lack of usage or low service requests received
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Failure to complete service requests properly
- Subscription expiration or partial usage
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Service Providers may cancel subscriptions at any time
- Cancellation stops future renewals
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of a canceled subscription.
6. Auto-Renewals
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
- Providers are responsible for managing renewal settings
- Charges from completed renewal cycles are non-refundable
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, Service Providers must:
- Submit a refund request through the app or support channel
- Provide payment reference details
- Submit the request within 7 days of the transaction
Refund requests submitted after the allowed period may be rejected.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet
- Processing time depends on the payment gateway used
- Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted if applicable
9. Abuse & Misuse Prevention
Tibhra reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests
- Fraudulent claims
- Misuse of subscription features
Accounts engaging in refund abuse may face permanent restrictions.
10. Policy Modifications
Tibhra may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once published on the Platform. Continued use of subscription services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
