3. Customer Mode vs Provider Mode
Users in Customer Mode can use the platform freely without any subscription requirements. Subscription features apply only when a user switches to Provider Mode. Customer activity remains unaffected by provider subscriptions.

- Between customers and service providers during active service sessions
